Thanks for visiting Lakeview Apartments! We are located in the heart of the Columbus business district tucked back in a quiet, serene setting right off of East Highway 30. Our units are tastefully designed with an open floor plan and plenty of closet space for storage. Each apartment is equipped with a porch/balcony that is perfect for barbecues. The bedrooms are large enough to accommodate a king sized bed with a bedroom set. Our modern kitchens are fully equipped with a range, refrigerator and dishwasher.* We have garages available with remotes for your convenience for an extra fee.

*Dishwashers are available for all floor plans except the one bedroom standard.

One Bedroom-One Bath 650 Sq Ft. $850

One Bedroom-One Bath XL 750 Sq Ft. $900

Two Bedroom-One Bath 800 Sq Ft. $950

Two Bedroom-One Bath XL 1,000 Sq Ft. $1,000

Three Bedroom-One Bath XL 1,100 Sq Ft. $1,200

I understand by placing my holding fee for an apartment, that should I be approved and not complete the lease/move-in process, the complex will keep my holding fee. I also understand that should I not be approved for an apartment, my Holding Fee will be refunded.
